- After 22 years of teaching I can say that I still enjoy teaching young adults. I often learn just as much, if not more, from them as they learn from me. I hope you are looking forward to studying the world of economics. In my time away from school I enjoy spending time with Mr. Pondy, my husband of 19 years, a 17 year old Daughter (you may know her)and a 13 year old 8th grade son.
